When backing up your Nintendo Wii games your DVD drive must read the game disc. This is not as easy as you might think as most DVD roms cannot read the factory orginal disc. The only confirmed models are the Hitachi LG 8164b optical dvd drives. The LG-8163b, LG-8162b & LG-8161b are also supposed to read the original discs too.
